William  Richey

William H. (Bill) Richey passed away April 13, 2019 after a short illness at the age of 76. He was born in Hanoverton, Ohio on September 11, 1942.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Homer Richey and Camille Richey Kelton; sister, Barbara Amon, and brother, John.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Linda Sue (Simpson) Richey of the home; sister, Carol Bruckner. and brother, Kenneth of Salem, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews who were each very special to him.
Bill resided in Noble, Okla., and previously Midwest City, retiring in 2007 from the Tinker Air Force Base where he was an engineering tech in planning.
He served in the U.S. Army in Germany and Vietnam. After retirement from Tinker he was a member of the D.A.V. Flag Program presented at schools in the area demonstrating proper flag etiquette. Bill enjoyed working and his hobby of wood crafts.
He was an ordained elder in the First Presbyterian Church in Ohio and at the First Presbyterian Church in Midwest City.
Viewing and visitation will be held at the Barnes Friederich Funeral Home in Midwest City on Thursday, April 18, 2019 from 10:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. with the family present.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 20, 2019 at 2 p.m. at the Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home Chapel in Pauls Valley, officiated by Pastor Jeremy Clayton.
Interment will be at the Paoli Cemetery under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.
