She enjoyed cooking for her very large family, supervising the care of all her beautiful plants and flowers, she loved her church and church family dearly, loved gospel music and especially loved hearing her children sing, and she loved and adored all her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Samuel Williams, then by her mother, Corinthians Brock Williams Jenkins, and step-father, Ira Jenkins.
She was also preceded in death by all of her siblings: six sisters - Edith "Blondie" Felan, Frankie Taylor, Treva Pelfrey, Dorthy Williams; two half-sisters, Victoria 'Tiny" Ridgeway and Retha Strickland, as well as her five brothers - Eugene Williams, Clyde Williams, Preston Williams, Grover Williams and Lindsey Williams; and two sons-in-law, Chet Prestwich and Mark Lacqument.

Wanda had a special bond with the nurses and staff from Arbuckle Memorial Hospital, who gave her wonderful love and care. She lovingly referred to Dr. Teresa as her little "spit-fire." She loved and adored Brenda Winters and often told us she was one of her children.
