Tammey L. Goble of Ada passed away April 11, 2016 in Ada, Oklahoma at the age of 58 years. Tammey was born February 8, 1958 in La Mesa, California to Fred and Velma (Russ) Niemyer. She was raised in Byars and is a graduate from Wayne High School where she earned the honor as a National Honor Student as well as valedictorian of her graduating class. Later she moved to Pauls Valley where she made her home for many years. She is retired from the Southern Oklahoma Resource Center where she was a Direct Care Specialist. Tammey was a member of the Byars Pentecostal Holiness Church. Ada has been her home for the past 5 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Velma Niemyer; and one sister, Claris Smith. Surviving family include her daughter and her fiancé, Alicia Goble and Michael Chaplin of Konawa; one sister, Donna Linder of Pauls Valley; two brothers - Chuck Niemyer of Watonga, and Roy Niemyer of Edmond; a host of nieces and nephews; and her loving dog, Bubbles. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 15, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Stufflebean-Coffey Chapel of Remembrance officiated by Rev. Bill Harris. Interment will be at Byars Cemetery under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.
