Freddie Ray Day Jr. of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma was born to Fred R. and Faye Marvine (Coyle) Day on March 29, 1956 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma and passed from this life on January 23, 2017 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma at the age of 60 years.
Freddie grew up and attended school in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma. He operated Days Wood Products.
In his spare time he loved hunting, fishing, and reading. Freddie was a true sportsman and enjoyed target shooting and reloading ammunition. He loved to travel and go camping with his children. He loved to talk about geography with Natalie and tease his grandkids. He was a storyteller, history lover, and great father and friend.
Mr. Day is survived by 2 sons: Thomas Day of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, and Daniel Day of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma; 3 daughters: Lindsay Day of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, Adrienne Day of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, and Katherine Scott of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma; father, Fred Day of Tuttle, Oklahoma; brother, Tommy Day of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma; 7 grandchildren; nieces Jessica Collier and Natalie Day; nephew Phillip Day; and mother of his children, Debra Day of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma.
Mr. Day was preceded in death by his mother Faye Day and brother Danny Allan Day.
Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, January 30, 2017 at 2 p.m. in the Wooster Funeral Home Chapel with Dwight Brown officiating.
