Dolores's Story

Dolores "June" Deines of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma was born to Amos and Eloise (Weaver) Norris on February 3, 1934 in Seminole, Oklahoma and passed from this life on April 17, 2017 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 83 years.
June grew up and attended school in Seminole, Oklahoma, Borger, Texas and graduated Russell High School. She attended Brown Mackey Business College in Salina, Kansas.
On April 12, 1953, June married Jerome "Cowboy" Deines in Russell, Kansas. She worked as secretary of Cowboys Oil Field Products, Bronco Supply, and MJR Investments. In her spare time she enjoyed painting, antiques, and shopping. June loved traveling and spending time driving Cowboy in his golf cart.
Mrs. Deines is survived by her husband, Jerome "Cowboy" Deines of the home; son, Jerry Deines of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma; daughters: Raelene Steinert of Norman, Oklahoma, and Connie Cale and husband Chet of Great Bend, Kansas; 5 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Deines was preceded in death by her parents, Amos and Eloise Norris; daughter-in-law, Cathy Deines; and brother, Bob Norris.
Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, April 21, 2017 at 10 a.m. at the Wooster Funeral Home Chapel.
