Cherri “Pie” Pepper-Holman of Pauls Valley passed away April 24, 2016 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 35 years. Cherri was born August 10, 1980 in Ada, Oklahoma. She attended schools in Stratford, Wynnewood and Pauls Valley. Cherri is a graduate of the Pauls Valley High School. She was married to Jimmy Holman in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma on September 15, 1997. Cherri furthered her education by earning her Certified Nurses Aid certificate and worked as a Caregiver in the Healthcare Industry. She studied with the Jehovah Witness Faith. The Garvin County area has been her home all of her life. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Margie and Cletus Ingram; great grandparents, Elmer and Willie Dunkin; adopted mother-in-law, Gena Smith; stepsister, Amanda Bennett, and father-in-law, Jimmy Levi Holman. Surviving family include her husband, Jimmy Holman; two children, Chatazalun Holman and Draven Holman all of the home; her mother and father, Nancy and Kenny Brown of Pauls Valley; dad, Lynn Pepper of Wynnewood; one brother and his wife, Keith and Jami Brown of Lake Texoma; one sister and her husband, Rena’ and Michael Polczynski of Tyler, Texas; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 28, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Stufflebean-Coffey Chapel of Remembrance officiated by Phil Henderson. Interment will be at McGee Cemetery in Stratford.
