Carl Ray Fields of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma was born to James Edgar and Leola (Carr) Fields on January 10, 1951 in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma and passed from this life on August 24, 2016 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 65 years.

Carl grew up and attended school in Pauls Valley. He served his country in the U.S. Marine Corp during the Vietnam War. He was stationed at Camp Pendleton in California. Mr. Fields was in the trucking business, traveling all over the United States.

Carl has lived in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for the past 10 years with his fiancée, Shevilla Euwing.

In his spare time he enjoyed football, especially the Dallas Cowboys and fishing. The highlight of his life was spending time with his family.

Mr. Fields is survived by his fiancée: Shevilla Euwing; son: Damian Fields and wife Megan of Brea, California; daughters: Sarita Fields and husband Tony of Spring, Texas, and Crystal Miller of Orlando, Florida; 2 brothers: Charles Fields and wife Caletta of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Willie Fields of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma; 2 sisters: Lillie Fields of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, and Shirley Fields of Lawton, Oklahoma; 7 grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.

Mr. Fields was preceded in death by his parents, James and Leola Fields, and brothers Harvey Fields and Bobby Fields.

Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, August 29, 2016 at 11 a.m. in the Wooster Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Michael Ford officiating.

Interment will be in the Bethlehem Cemetery under the direction of Wooster Funeral Home.
