C.E.'s Story

C.E. “Cack” Roller of Lindsay, Oklahoma passed away peacefully at the age of 83 at his home in Lindsay, Oklahoma. Cack graduated from Bradley High School in Oklahoma and then attended college. In February of 1954 he was married to Patsy Burkleo in Junction City, Kansas. Cack worked in the oilfield and eventually owned and ran an oilfield drilling fluid business in West Texas. He retired to Lindsay, Oklahoma where he enjoyed raising race horses. Survivors include his wife Patsy Roller; his daughter Jeanna Nicholes; his sister Jean Minnick; and his grandchildren Allison Myers, Jeffery Nicholes, David Roller, Jordan Roller and Samuel Roller. He was preceded in death by his parents H.H. “Buck” Roller and Geneta “Shorty” Morrison, his sister Bobbie Williams, his brother Benny Roller, his son James Vernon “Al” Roller and his daughter Carolyn Roller. Graveside services are scheduled for Saturday, May 28, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Greenhill Cemetery in Lindsay, Oklahoma with Pastor David Nehrenz and Vicar Eric Rudsenske officiating.
