Bobby A. Shaw, of Pauls Valley, passed away November 8, 2017, in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma at the age of 80 years.
Bob was born April 6, 1937, in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to Wilburn and Ada M. (Garrison) Shaw. He was raised in Pauls Valley and has lived in Del City, Edmond and returned to make Pauls Valley his home most of his life.
He attended Pauls Valley Schools and later joined the United States Air Force. He served his Tour of Duty from September 6, 1955, until September 5, 1959. He and Estelle Housewright were married February 16, 1959, in Roswell, New Mexico. She preceded him in death February 19, 2002.
Bob worked for Fleming Foods as a Warehouseman for over 14 years. He returned to Pauls Valley where he was owner and operator of Bob's Easy Shop and later, Stop N' Go as well as a Day Care Center in Pauls Valley.
He was a member of the Grace Baptist Church and on March 4, 2006, is where he and Linda (Campbell) McMahan were married.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilburn and Ada Shaw; his wife, Estelle Shaw; son and daughter in law, Anthony (Tony) and Minnie Shaw; granddaughter, Jessica Shaw; daughter, Kathy Westbrook; son, Jeff Holliefield; and brothers W. D. Shaw and Kenneth Ray Shaw.
Surviving family include: his wife, Linda McMahan Shaw of the home; his children, Jo Ann Simpson and husband, Robert, of Jones; Jerry Shaw and wife, Bonnie, of Oklahoma City; and Guineth (Cricket) Searle, of Austin, Texas; 14 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, as well as, Linda's children: Kim Walker and husband, Cecil, of Guthrie; Jeff McMahan and wife, Sue, of Pauls Valley; and James McMahan and wife Lynn, of Pauls Valley; her 8 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren; his sister, Evelyn Wallace of Ardmore; one brother and his wife, Ralph and Laverne Shaw of Edmond.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 11, 2017, at 2:00 pm at Grace Baptist Church officiated by Pastor Ernest Friedl. Interment will be at Paoli Cemetery under the direction of Stufflebean-Coffey Funeral Home.
